These updates make it easier to build omnichannel campaigns, manage creative with confidence, and measure performance more precisely to deliver better results with less effort.

Launch Personalized Experiences Fast with Tactics

Tactics is the fastest way to go from concept to campaign. Marketers can now build content in Studio using ready-to-go templates and guided workflows, making it easy to quickly design and launch new use cases without starting from scratch.

New email tactics this quarter include:

  • Barcode / QR Generator
  • Category Product Grid (Early Access)
  • Category Retargeting Banner
  • Image Personalization
  • Newsletter (Early Access)

This adds to existing email Tactics such as Add to Calendar, Countdown Timer, Name Personalization, Weather Conditions, Weather Forecast, Abandon Cart with Product Image, Behavioral Product Grid, Curated Product Grid, Live Poll, Loyalty Data Visualization, Peel Off, Poll Retargeting, and Scratch Off.

Rich Push Tactics are now live through the Early Access Program, bringing personalization power to mobile with use cases like:

  • Abandoned Cart with Product Image
  • Add to Calendar
  • Behavioral Product Selection
  • Curated Product Selection
  • Name Personalization
  • Weather Conditions/ Forecast

Each tactic includes built-in layouts, aspect ratios, and previews optimized for mobile.

Tactics Version Management is now generally available, giving teams an easier way to track what’s in-market, safely test new iterations, review changes over time, and reuse previous creatives across campaigns.

Create with Speed and Consistency

Studio’s newest update, Figma Imports (Early Access), allows marketers to import approved Figma files directly into Designer, turning them into editable layers within the canvas. This results in faster build times, pixel-perfect accuracy, and a smoother handoff between design and execution.

In Da Vinci, the Content Editor (Early Access) is now more flexible, with new capabilities like live text, adaptive layouts, and advanced styling options. These features make it easy to build dynamic, on-brand content that feels personal to every audience.

Once creative is ready, the latest Da Vinci Content Decisioning Model Enhancements (available via Early Access) take personalization from setup to send in record time. The model now automatically identifies creative patterns, allowing short-lived content to be sent without training data, eliminating the need for manual previews, and making personalization ready from day one. As engagement data rolls in, Da Vinci continues to learn, making content more relevant over time.

Measure What Matters (And Prove It)

Da Vinci’s expanded performance analytics make it easier to define success, measure it accurately, and understand exactly what’s driving results.

With Custom Events, you can now track performance around the moments that matter most—such as purchases, sign-ups, or loyalty enrollments—and connect those actions directly back to creative performance.

For teams using Creative Effectiveness Scores, Custom Events now feed Conversion and AOV Effectiveness, so you’ll know exactly which creatives are driving positive outcomes.

Contact-Level Exports (available via Early Access) allow engagement data like sends, opens, conversions, and more to flow directly from Da Vinci into your Data Warehouse or CDP, providing insights that can shape your strategy across the entire customer journey.

New Analytics Enhancements bring more flexibility to reporting. You can now filter results in the Experiment Detail Pages to isolate the performance of your Primary Content Block and report on Segments created in Audience Builder.
